Geography
Keezhparambu Grama Panchayat is a beautiful rural area located in Eranad Taluk and within the Areekode Block of Malappuram District, Kerala. Covering an area of approximately 14.99 square kilometres, the region is blessed with hills, lush greenery, and scenic valleys. The proximity of the Chaliyar River adds to the geographical significance of the Panchayat.
The Chaliyar River and Kodiyathur Panchayat of Kozhikode District beyond it lie to the north. Urangattiri Panchayat lies to the east, Areekode and Cheekode Panchayats to the south, and Vazhayoor Panchayat to the west.
The fertile alluvial soil along the riverbanks and laterite soil in the elevated areas make the region suitable for agriculture.
